Replacement Sight Guage Tubing
30 metres of high quality plastic tubing, designed for use on sight gauges in oil tanks.
Compatible with our 1.8m and 1.37m sight gauges, this replacement tube can be cut to size for easy installation.
This tube has been developed to be used with kerosene or diesel for extended periods without discolouration.
Pair with our 3 in 1 oil tank sight gauges or standard tank gauges for a complete monitoring system.
What is a sight gauge?
You may have had a sight gauge installed in your oil, diesel or kerosene tank as a cheap way to monitor the level of fluid left in there. When connected to the top and bottom of a tank, the sight gauge will fill with fluid to the same level as the liquid inside – showing you exactly how much you have left.
There are many reasons to replace your sight gauge tubing – if it has cracked or broken then the gauge will not function properly. If the plastic has aged and discoloured then reading the level of fluid may be difficult.
